By accessing or using XproKey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

XproKey is a password manager that allows users to securely store and manage passwords, payment card information, and notes inside encrypted vaults.

• • Secure notes

• • Import and export (CSV)

• • You are responsible for your master password
• • We cannot recover lost passwords
• • You must use the service legally
• • You must keep your account secure

• • Access to XproKey requires an active personal subscription or a valid business license
• • You may cancel anytime
• • Access continues until billing period ends
• • Payments may be non-refundable

• • Access is provided via license keys
• • Managed by your organization
• • Access may be revoked at any time

Your data is encrypted before being stored. We are designed so that we cannot access or decrypt your vault contents.

We use strong encryption standards and secure infrastructure to protect your data during storage and transmission.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• • Illegal activities
• • Unauthorized access attempts
• • Reverse engineering
• • Service misuse

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits resulting from use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
